Refund policy

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned with the original packaging and all accessories.
• Include proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or damaged products (unless received damaged).
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Products damaged due to improper use by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.
